Cancer Fighting Food

Watermelon: Cancer fighting food 
 
Eating to live means we eat foods that protect our cells from toxins that cause 
cancer and other diseases. Watermelon is a cool cleansing vegetable. It cools 
your body while providing hydration and healing; minerals, balance fluids, give 
energy, and help cleanse the body of toxins from foods eaten in the winter. 
This vegetable is in the squash family.
 
Watermelon contains vitamin C, vitamin A, and Lycopene, which are potent 
antioxidants. These are cancer fighting compounds that clear the body of toxins 
and prevent reproductive and digestive cancer. Tomatoes and mangos also contain 
Lycopene which has been shown to prevent prostate cancer. Watermelon is also 
high in B vitamins, magnesium, potassium, and contains an organic compound 
citrulline, which is an amino acid. Citrulline removes ammonia from the body. 
It is said that as ammonia is removed it will low blood pressure, improve sexual 
dysfunction, and improve insulin absorption for healthy blood sugar.
 
Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might, for there is no work or
