Cleansing the Body through Nutrition
Organic foods are free from hormones, pesticides, chemicals, and antibiotics. They contain a balance of synergistic nutrients. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sprouted grain are high in antioxidants and very nourishing for our body. Start slowly making the transition from cooked, fried, and processed foods, by eating fresh fruit every morning.
After a couple of weeks, eliminate one toxic food and one toxic drink each week
to reduce the body toxic overload. The goal is to have at least three normal
healthy bowel movements a day. This will help reduce the toxins in the digestive
tract from entering through the intestinal lining and going into the blood stream.

First, let’s look at our nutritional habits and diet, since most of the toxins
entering the body come from toxic foods and poor nutrition. For optimal
health, we must begin with the right foods. What are the right foods? Certified
organic or locally grown foods, because they are not chemically treated,
processed, and free from pesticides. Fresh grown fruits and vegetables provide
natural enzymes necessary for healthy digestion. Processed, fried, and cooked
foods cause toxic buildup and poor health, because it is non-nutritional.….to
