Brown Rice vs White Rice in Diabetes

Researchers have found that eating five or more servings of white rice per week increase the risk of type 2 diabetes; but eating two or more servings of brown rice decrease the risk of type 2 diabetes.  Researchers also suggest that replacing one third of a daily serving of white rice with brown rice will lower the risk of type 2 diabetes by 16%..
