                     What are cleansing foods?
Cleansing foods are whole foods that possess properties for cleaning. These foods will clean the blood and stimulate the release of excess fat, mucus,
cholesterol, water retention and toxic accumulation in the body. Some foods are
high in antioxidants and have special protective properties that shield cells
and organs from toxins entering the body, and help them regenerate from toxic
damage.

Foods that will help cleanse and detox the body: Onions, garlic leeks and
scallions. From the fruit family: Lemon, lime, apples grapefruit, cherries,
watermelon, figs and cranberries. From the vegetable family: cucumbers, celery,
beets, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, radish, burdock root, kale, spinach, turnip,
