Nuts and seeds are an important part of a healthy whole foods diet.

The Brazil Nuts are high in phytosterols (plant steroids) which block cholesterol production.   They are high in essential fatty acids, control blood sugar, reduce gallstones, and promote a healthy immune system. 
The Almond Nut
Almonds are alkaline and full of protein, vitamin E, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.  They are a strengthening and building food for a depleted body:  fight cancer---high in antioxidants.
The Walnuts
Walnuts are a tonic for the kidneys, lungs, and heart.  They are very potent in Omega -3 fatty acids and antioxidants.  The fatty acids protects the heart by lowering cholesterol, prevent  high blood pressure, maintain healthy arteries, and lower the risk of heart disease  Because they are high in the compound ellagic acid, they have  detoxifying properties that clears poisonous toxins from the body and boost the immune system; warding off cancer.  Walnuts prevent gallstones and have a laxative effect on the digestive organs.
